Founded in 2010 by Jedediah "Jed" A. Main, a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, the firm concentrates on serious and catastrophic injury litigation, with particular emphasis on commercial vehicle and trucking cases, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury.

Board certification in Civil Trial Law is The Florida Bar's highest formal recognition of an attorney's competence and experience in the field, requiring substantial jury trial involvement, peer review by judges and opposing counsel, and a rigorous examination. Mr. Main is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, holds the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Florida Super Lawyers. The National Trial Lawyers has named him among its Top 100 and as a Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyer in Florida.

The firm's commercial vehicle practice addresses the issues these cases turn on: Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulation violations, hours-of-service and electronic logging data, driver qualification and maintenance records, and broker and shipper liability. Mr. Main is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, a national organization focused exclusively on commercial motor vehicle litigation.

A former Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit and a former insurance-defense attorney, Mr. Main brings more than two decades of experience on all sides of the courtroom. He serves on the Board of Directors and PAC Board of Trustees of the Florida Justice Association, is Past-Chair of its Solo and Small Firm Section, and sits on its Legislative Committee, including the Trucking, Medical Damages, and Automobile/Bad Faith subcommittees. He served as faculty at the FJA's Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute in 2024 and 2025, presenting on the cross-examination of defense expert witnesses.

The firm accepts referrals and co-counsel arrangements in serious commercial vehicle, trucking, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury matters throughout Central Florida. All cases are handled on a contingency-fee basis. Mr. Main personally oversees every case and remains directly accessible to every client.
