The Law Offices of David A. Torres and Associates, is a criminal defense firm emphasizing in all State and Federal cases. We have been apart of this county for over 25 years.

Professionally, Mr. Torres strongly believes that the heart of the Constitution is to make sure no innocent man is convicted; that justice and fairness are the objectives. He believes in the criminal defense system to achieve these goals, feels privileged to be a part of that system and will do his utmost best to ensure each client receives a fair and just outcome.

Our associates were raised here in the San Joaquin Valley, providing a strong understanding for local government. In Addition, all three attorneys are practicing members of various districts in the Federal Court system throughout the United States.
