We know how to make sure that the accident is properly investigated and our clients are fully compensated for serious injury or death caused by careless or fatigued truck drivers.

Westmoreland, Patterson, Moseley & Hinson, LLP, has been representing people with legal needs for over 50 years. Today, we have three law offices conveniently located throughout Georgia in Macon, Albany, and Warner Robins. We serve clients not only throughout the state of Georgia, but also across the southeast. As one of Georgia's oldest and most distinguished law firms, we offer outstanding representation and excellent results.

Our lawyers are very active in the community in general, as well as in the legal community, chairing several committees, including past presidents of the State Bar of Georgia and the Macon Bar, as well as chairing several committees, including the Family Law section, the Worker's Compensation section, and the General Practice and Trial section of the Georgia State Bar.

Our attorneys have also lectured at numerous continuing legal education seminars and at the Mercer University Law School, on topics ranging from personal injury and malpractice law to family law and estate planning. In addition, one of our lawyers, Rudolph Patterson, co-founded the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR) a national organization of well over 3,000 lawyers across the country who are advocates for disabled individuals under Social Security Act, and one of the primary reasons we are recognized as a leader in the field of Social Security and SSI disability law.
