White and Steele is an active member of the Center for Legal Inclusiveness, an organization dedicated to increasing the number of diverse attorneys recruited, hired, and promoted by law firms in Colorado. As part of its outreach efforts, White and Steele participates in the Colorado Pledge to Diversity 1L Summer Clerkship Program, a program which introduces diverse law students to our firm with the long-term goal of increasing diverse hiring and retention.

The Committee works to enhance the firm's legal excellence, leadership, collaboration, and community by fostering new ideas, recognizing successes, and providing guidance regarding diversity and inclusiveness.
