Since emigrating from Russia in 1989, Alexander Paykin has
lived and worked across multiple countries before establishing himself as a
successful entrepreneur and attorney in the United States. He launched and
managed businesses in finance and information technology, and today serves as
Managing Director and sole owner of The Law Office of Alexander Paykin, P.C. In
parallel, he leads a technology and finance consultancy for law firms and
professionals, operates a real estate brokerage, and oversees a real estate
holding company. His multicultural background and diverse business experience
inform his approach to complex litigation and transactional matters in
commerce, finance, and real estate, making his firm a high-tech,
client-centered practice. A frequent CLE instructor for the American Bar
Association and New York State Bar Association, Paykin has written extensively
for the NYSBA Journal on topics from insurer demutualization to artificial
intelligence in law. He also dedicates time to philanthropy, serving on several
501(c)(3) boards—most notably as President of Brighter Tomorrows—and as an
active leader and donor in Rotary International.
