Bruce S. Asay is a seasoned attorney whose practice primarily revolves around employment law, civil rights, public utilities, and administrative law. Widely respected in his field, Mr. Asay frequently shares his experiences through lectures focusing on employment and public utility matters.

In the realm of employment law, Mr. Asay offers comprehensive advice to both employers and individuals on a range of critical issues, including compliance with laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rehabilitation Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and various state and federal anti-discrimination statutes.

Mr. Asay's background as a former Judge Advocate for the Wyoming National Guard has equipped him with invaluable experience in navigating personnel practices, employee relations, and termination matters. Additionally, his service to the Army and Air National Guard has broadened his expertise across a spectrum of legal disciplines.

Early in his career, Mr. Asay served as a Staff Attorney for the Wyoming Public Service Commission and later as a Special Assistant Attorney General, providing him with intimate knowledge of the Commission's practices and procedures. Currently, he represents numerous regulated companies in Wyoming, advocating for their interests in rate-making cases and other proceedings before the Commission.

Mr. Asay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming. He maintains active memberships in esteemed legal associations, including the Laramie County Bar Association, Wyoming State Bar Association, American Bar Association (specifically the Utilities section), the Wyoming Trial Lawyers' Association, and other relevant trade organizations.
