Biography

For over 25 years, Daniel Munley has been fighting for his clients in personal injury cases throughout northeast Pennsylvania. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in PA by the National Trial Lawyers Association, listed in "Best Lawyers in America," and is a board-certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Dan is a past chairperson of the American Association of Justice's Trucking Litigation Group and is a current executive board member of the AAJ's Trucking Litigation Group. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he won the American Jurisprudence Award of Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Daniel also holds a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Scranton.
