I have guided individuals and companies, both foreign and American, to negotiate lease agreements, ground lease agreements, licensing agreements for the waste-treatment industry, wine import nad distribution licensing, and several other type of matters. I also actively advised and counseled on the purchase of businesses such as restaurants, hair salons, hotels, gas stations, retail stores, import-export freight forwarding businesses and several others in Jacksonville, Orlando, Ft.
