Biography

Heather Froy is a dedicated workers’ compensation attorney with Sadow & Froy who is known for pairing strong legal training with real-world insight. She graduated with Honors from the University of Georgia in 2000, earning a degree in Political Science, and went on to earn her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2004. While in law school, she was active in Moot Court, serving on the Executive Board and competing on teams such as the Georgia Intrastate Team and the Prince Evidence Team. She also served as an Honor Court Justice. Ms. Froy is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is licensed in Florida as well. She is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction based on peer review. Before joining Sadow & Froy, she spent 12 years at Cuzdey, Ehrmann, Wagner, Stine & Sansalone handling workers’ compensation matters and became a partner in 2011. In 2016, she made a purposeful shift to represent injured workers in Georgia, bringing with her an understanding of how employers and insurers think. Her recognitions include Georgia Super Lawyers Rising Star (2018–2019), Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2021), and Georgia Super Lawyer (2023–2025). She also supports Kids’ Chance fundraising. Outside the office, she enjoys travel, beach days, and food adventures.
