Guiding our firm in providing top-notch workers’ compensation representation, attorneys Susan J. Sadow and Heather D. Froy are outstanding female workers’ compensation attorneys who are widely recognized in the legal community for their work. Ms. Sadow has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer in the 2006 through 2025 editions of Atlanta magazine. Only 5% of all Georgia lawyers receive this honor. Susan J. Sadow has also been selected as one of the Top 50 Women Georgia Super Lawyers. She is the only female workers' compensation attorney in Georgia to receive this distinction. She has also been listed in Best Lawyers of America for specialization in workers’ compensation law from 2014 through 2025.

Extremely active in the workers’ compensation community, Ms. Sadow served as Chairperson of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. Before serving as Chairperson, she was Vice-Chairperson, Secretary-Treasurer, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Workers’ Compensation Section. In 1998, she was appointed to the Public Education Committee of the State Board of Workers' Compensation Chairman's Advisory Council. She served on that committee through 2013. Susan is a frequent lecturer, seminar chairperson, and author of articles on workers’ compensation for the Atlanta Bar Association, the ICLE Workers’ Compensation Law Institute, the Atlanta Claims Association, the State Board of Workers’ Compensation, and the Georgia Association of Self-Insurers. Both Ms. Sadow and Ms. Froy have been actively involved with Kids' Chance, Inc. Ms. Sadow considers herself privileged to have served for many years on the Board of Directors and Ms. Froy has organized fundraisers to provide scholarships to the children of catastrophically injured workers in Georgia. Kids’ Chance is a charitable organization that provides educational scholarships to the children of workers who have sustained catastrophic injuries or have been killed on the job.

We have a unique understanding and ability to address the needs of people who have been injured. Ms. Sadow and Ms. Froy know how to talk to adjusters and they command their respect. Our firm has had tremendous success negotiating settlements for clients with catastrophic injuries, including several settlements for amounts in excess of one million dollars.
