I have had only one case with Mr. Lomax. My experience was that his litigation style was very aggressive. His client's legal position was correct, but Mr. Lomax's means of communicating was more aggressive than necessary. He made derogatory statements about my client in such a way that it made the representation seem personal when it didn't need to be. Again, his legal arguments wre spot on, but his communication style was harsh. Other outside interaction has always been friendly. Read less
