Biography

Adam Young isn't your average trial lawyer, he’s someone who has mastered the legal system from both sides. With an AV Preeminent rating and a spot in the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, his credentials speak for themselves. He got his start in the trenches at the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting everything from domestic violence to attempted murder. That experience gave him a "playbook" on how the state builds a case, knowledge he now uses to protect his defense clients. He even serves as a prosecutor for Folly Beach, keeping his courtroom skills sharp and his local reputation solid. When it comes to personal injury, Adam intentionally avoids working for big insurance companies. He’s all about the individual, focusing on getting people the maximum compensation they deserve through tough negotiations or trial. Outside the courtroom, he’s a legal advisor for Hunting for Healing, a charity for disabled veterans. Whether he’s defending a criminal charge or fighting for an injury settlement, Adam brings a level of insider knowledge and personal commitment that’s hard to find. He knows what it takes to win because he’s been the one trying to prove the case himself.
