I had one experience which raised a personal concern. After a mediation, her client approached me and wanted to settle his case. He reported that he had been advised by his attorney (Ms. Tejada) not to do so, even though he did desire to resolve the matter. This suggests Ms. Tejada did not honor the request of her client and supplanted her wishes for her client's.
