We went to mediation, he offered a deal, we agreed to it, then he pulled the deal within two weeks and threatened litigation against my client without cause. He was representing the former employer, tried to run up the legal fees, and bullied my client into agreeing to the agreement to begin with. He then claimed to have a non-compete assignment that his client (the employer) could enforce which turned out to be false upon demand of the particular document. I woudl never trust him. Read less
