Biography

Tricia A. Spivey was admitted to the Florida Bar as an attorney in 1994. She is a current member of the Florida Bar Association and Lee County Bar Association. She is also a current member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers, as well as a former Vice President of the Association.

Ms. Spivey serves as an active member of the Florida Justice Association, which is an organization dedicated to preserving the rights of people who have been or will become involved in accidents. Formerly known as the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Florida Justice Association is a state-wide association of lawyers who work together in order to strengthen Florida's civil justice system on behalf of all individuals who may become involved in the civil justice system at some point during their lifetimes. The Association is wholly dedicated to protecting the interests of all individuals and injured persons in Florida.

Tricia A. Spivey earned a Bachelor’s Degree as a Finance Major from Florida Southern College, graduating summa cum laude in 1991. She was awarded the distinction of Outstanding Finance Graduate while at Florida Southern College. Ms. Spivey received her Juris Doctor of Law degree from Florida State University, College of Law, graduating with high honors in 1994.
