With extensive trial experience before state and federal courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations, our litigation attorneys strive to provide cost-effective and positive results for a wide-range of business clients and individuals, including commercial and residential landlords, commercial tenants, home builders and developers, real property owners and developers, businesses subject to eminent domain/inverse condemnation, public agencies and companies operating in all industries, including the telecommunications, insurance brokerage, financial services, manufacturing, retail sales and food manufacturing and services industries.

We understand that while litigation may be our business, for our clients it is at best a significant cost of doing business and at worst an expensive distraction and emotional drain. We understand that the most important goal is to obtain a positive end to a dispute. Litigation is but one means to that end. Thus, our attorneys strive to resolve disputes by the most cost-effective means available. They employ tenacious advocacy, extensive trial experience, business knowledge, negotiation skills and creativity in order to resolve effectively our clients' disputes.
