Workplace Health and Safety

Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP’s Workplace Health and Safety practice provides our clients with preventative and defense services. The firm's preventative services assist employers in avoiding OSHA citations. These services include: reviewing worksites to assure compliance with OSHA standards; conducting training programs; assisting employers in setting up comprehensive corporate safety plans; and drafting or revising safety policies to assure compliance with OSHA standards. The firm’s defense services assist employers in their response to OSHA inspections and citations, whether the response is to negotiate a reduction, modification, or elimination of a fine or litigating to overturn a citation completely.
