Brophy Schmor LLP is a Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers Firm.Our mission is "to provide excellent, timely and creative legal services and solutions for our clients." Founded in 1942, we are committed to the continuation of the professional excellence established by our founders. Founded by William M. McAllister, who later served as State Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court, our firm derives its name from Carl M. Brophy who retired in 2003 after 53 years of practice. Mr. Brophy received the Oregon State Bar Association's highest honor, the Award of Merit, in 1999.
