About this firm

Founded in 1996, DIVINE ǀ ESTES is a business law firm that specializes in issues affecting a variety of Florida industries including home building, banking, construction, land and condominium development, leasing and real estate transactions. While some of our clients are large national companies, many of our clients are individuals who are entrepreneurs or who own small businesses.

Our clients are primarily land developers, home builders, contractors, banks and title insurance underwriters and include Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, CalAtlantic Homes (formerly Ryland Homes), Arthur Rutenburg Homes, Premium Assignment Corporation, Service Partners of Florida, Iberia Bank (formerly Old Florida Bank), Florida Bank of Commerce, Seacoast National Bank (formerly Floridian Bank), Valley National Bank (formerly CNLBank), Lighthouse Cove Development, McCartney Construction and Attorney's Title Fund Services.

At DIVINE ǀ ESTES, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional legal representation. We strive to first understand our client's objectives and then work tirelessly to see to it that those goals are accomplished. Our goal is to zealously represent each of our clients to the best of our abilities and to always exceed their expectations.

Our firm has deep roots in Central Florida. We're located in downtown Orlando in a historic building that was built in 1890. Three of our five lawyers were raised in Orlando and another has lived here for almost 30 years. Each of us is involved in the community in a variety of ways. Central Florida is our home and we are invested in its success and continued growth.
