Haeggquist & Eck, LLP are Southern California employment lawyers and consumer rights advocates: committed to our clients, our community, and social justice.

Our founding partners were trained at the largest plaintiff’s consumer and securities class action firm in the United States before founding our firm in 2008. Since then, we’ve built our reputation in employment, consumer protection, and securities fraud class action cases, and are known nationwide for our fearlessness: no defendant is too large or powerful for us to tackle.

We proudly represent employees in a broad range of cases against their employers and litigate claims relating to sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace retaliation, equal pay, and wage theft.
