We are on a mission to stand up with individuals to enrich their lives and inspire change by dismantling fear and shame and empowering those who have faced discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and human trafficking to stand up and demand accountability.

Our founding partners were trained at the largest plaintiff’s consumer and securities class action firm in the United States before founding our firm in 2008. Since then, we’ve built our reputation in employment, consumer protection, and securities fraud class action cases, and are known nationwide for our fearlessness: no defendant is too large or powerful for us to tackle.

We proudly represent employees in a broad range of cases against their employers and litigate claims relating to sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace retaliation, equal pay, and wage theft. We have also successfully pursued class actions against corporations for securities fraud and a wide range of unlawful practices, including deceptive advertising, product defect, senior annuities fraud, and race discrimination in insurance underwriting.
