Has a tendency to take overly aggressive positions in litigation, which drives up costs for both sides and does not necessarily facilitate a better resolution for either side.

My practice consists of many roles, including service as a chapter 7 trustee. In non-trustee cases, I take direction from my clients. In trustee cases, I aggressively represent the estate to maximize recovery for creditors.
