Bradshaw joined the firm as a transactional partner in 1994 and the firm name was changed to Huck, Bouma, Martin, Charlton & Bradshaw. Robert E. Jones joined the firm as a litigation partner in 1999 when James M. Charlton left the firm to pursue a non-legal career at which time the firm's litigation group was substantially expanded.
