I recently had a case with Brian Dolin which resulted in a settlement and avoided the requirement of a jury trial. Brian's communications with me evidenced a keen understanding of the law, as well as a recognition of the fact that his opponent's position could have some merit. He obviously understood that he would do his client a service by recommending a settlement which would avoid the need for a lengthy and expensive trial proceeding. Brian's manner at all times was civil and congenial. Read less
