I met Ramon when he was a prosecutor shortly before he went into private practice. What struck me about Ramon at the time was his ability to grasp the issues that usually only more experience lawyers would understand. He was very strong in trial and his ability to relate to jurors was excellent. He has built on those strengths now that he is in private practice and is a very respected attorney in the community.
