The "Area of Practice" section does not pertain to my working relationship with Timothy Valliere because he served as my law clerk when I was a U.S. District Court Judge, Eastern District of Louisiana, from August of 1995 to August of 1997. He came to work for me right out of law school, therefore, he had no legal ecperience at that time. However, by the end of his two-year clerkship, he had gained valuable experience which would serve him well in his position at a New York law firm. Read less
