About this firm

Corwin, Tilley & Deems, P.C. was founded in 1988 when three of the area's only real estate lawyers joined together to form a firm specializing in the practice of real estate and related law. The firm now represents numerous builders, developers, and lenders that participate in real estate development and real estate lending, throughout northwest Georgia. The partners of the firm have been involved in numerous community activities and are active in many civic associations. Each partner attends continuing legal education seminars that focus on real estate law and related legal issues.
