David Edelstein began his criminal defense career in 1997 at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office, where he gained valuable experience defending clients charged with all types of felony and misdemeanor crimes. In the year 2000, he opened his firm and since then has represented countless clients in criminal cases throughout the State of Florida, from Jacksonville to Key West. The Firm’s principal office is in Miami, Florida.

Over the past two decades, the Firm’s criminal defense attorneys have represented clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in both State & Federal Courts. The Firm’s attorneys also represent clients in State & Federal criminal investigations.

The Firm regularly represents clients charged with shoplifting, domestic violence, injunctions, federal crimes, probation violations, drug crimes, fraud crimes, sex offenses, and violent crimes from assault and battery to homicide. The Firm’s criminal defense attorneys also frequently represent tourists charged with misdemeanors like trespassing, resisting an officer without violence, and disorderly conduct.
