About our Houston, TX office

At Simmons and Fletcher, P.C. we have 3 lawyers who bring a wealth of personal injury law knowledge to the table

Robert S. Simmons is a founding shareholder who cofounded the firm in 1979 to do personal injury exclusively.

Paul H. Cannon joined the firm in 1995 and became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law in 2005 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has seen a number of recognitions over his career as well as been asked to teach continuing legal education programs on dog bite law/dog attacks as well as car accident law. He has tried to verdict over 50 cases.

Christopher K. Fletcher joined the firm in 2009 after graduating from Baylor Law School. He was named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyer's Association 2016-2019 and a Rising Star by Thompson-Reuters in 2020. Chris handles truck and commercial motor vehicle cases, forklift accidents, car accidents, slip and fall cases and other negligence matters.

Sharon Simmons-Cantrell received graduated from the University of Houston Law School in 1991. She has litigated cases and is now the head negotiator for the pre-litigation department. She has been recognized as a Top Lawyer from 2013-2019 by H Texas Magazine.

Since 1979, the Law Firm of Simmons and Fletcher, P.C. has been handling personal injury cases on behalf of victims of all types of personal injuries. Today the law firm consists five attorneys who all handle personal injury cases exclusively.
