Ms. Bachoon is a relatively young and inexperienced associate, with little to no trial experience in her field. An objective search of all JCC, DCA and PCA decisions in the past 10 years yields zero evidentiary hearings or trials that Ms. Bachoon has participated in. Such experience is certainly necessary should the applicant wish to be found deserving of anything other than an average rating. One cannot be considered an expert in one's respective field with no such experience. Read less
